To whom is the art contest addressed?

The contest is open to professional and amateur artists.

Artists from all countries are admitted.

Purpose and theme of the contest

The contest is aimed at promoting the artists participating in it, giving them the opportunity to become involved effectively in the art market. The artists are free to interpret personally the prize through their own sensitivity.

The theme is open. No special technique or style is required.

Prizes

The contest provides for the selection of 12 finalists artworks. The selected artworks will participate in the final collective exhibition in Venice.

Catalogue, invitation and press release of the final exhibition can be required directly through the official website.

Among the 12 final artists, will be announced the winner of the contest. The winner will be announced at the end of the final collective exhibition. The winner artist will be invited to exhibit in Venice in a personal exhibition.

The dates of the exhibition will be decided together with the winner artist.

Types of works admitted

All art categories and techniques are permitted, including:

Painting
Photography
Sculpture
Mixed media
Digital
Textile
Performance
Other

The maximum size for the artworks is 2×2 meters.
Is possible upload up to 3 images for each artwork added.

Application fee

Application fee is:
25€

Is possible to add up to 10 artworks for each artist, also if with different media.
Each additional artwork uploaded have and additional fee of 15€.

Payments can be made by Credit/Debit card or PayPal.
Details for payment are included in the registration form. 
Participation fees must be paid before the final selections.
Participation fees are non-refundable, even in the case of non-selection.

Deadline

The deadline for the applications is:
Extended deadline – 25 July 2025 – Last Call

After the deadline the application from will be disabled.

Selections

Notification of the 12 selected artists:
30 July 2025

The selected artworks will be published on the contest homepage.

Exhibition and artworks shipment notes

The selected 12 artists need to send the selected artworks for exhibit them at the final exhibition in Venice. The cost of the shipment is on charge of the artists themselves.

The delivery of the works in person is not permitted.
The shipment must be made by courier.
The address for the shipment of the works and the deadline for the deliveries will be communicate personally to the selected artists the day of the selection results.
All the artworks not withdrawn by the artists within 6 months of the end of the final exhibition can no longer be withdrawn or claimed.

Privacy policy

By registering artists agree to be bound by this agreement and accept all its parts. Artists authorize the contest management to process artist’s personal data in accordance with the law. Personal data and uploaded images will be used in accordance with the purpose of the contest. Artists are solely responsible for the images’ content and description.

Right of modification

The contest management reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the contest if required for better development.
